At OEE we pride ourselves on employing Local Engineers and investing in the younger generation in the apprenticeship programs We currently employ 5 apprentices and are recruiting another 2 in September we also engage with local schools such as Wade Deacon Academy and St Peter and Paul to offer work experience placements OEE Sponsor local sports team such as Halton Hornets and Hornets Rugby We also sponsor a up and coming young race driver Zaine Kwekha in his quest to break into the bigger Formulas of Motor Sport (The Next Lewis Hamilton ) and even shares the famous Number 44 Steven and David O'Grady have also taken part in a Tough Mudder challenge in aid of Claire House Hospice and the Alzheimer's Society they have partaken in this event twice . OEE use local material suppliers such as Widnes Electrical Supplies and Flair Signs to as well as local mainstream wholesalers and contractors. Supporting the local community is at the heart of our business and as the Directors are Widnes born and bred they hold this very close to their core values.
